Oman Academic Accreditation Authority to host conference on Arab Network for Quality Assurance

The Omani Authority for Academic Accreditation and Quality Assurance in Education will host the fifth regional conference of the Arab Network for Quality Assurance in Higher Education from December 5 to 7, 2023, at the Kempinski Hotel in the capital, Muscat, entitled “Foreseeing the future of higher education quality: The impact of smart technologies and the international dimension on the system.” quality of education".

The conference aims to explore and discuss the increasing role of smart technologies in improving the quality of education at the global level, in addition to the challenges and opportunities that the educational system can face to ensure the quality of education in light of the rapid developments in the technological field

Her Excellency Dr. Jokha Abdullah Al Shukaili, CEO of the Authority, stated thr importance of hosting the conference in the Sultanate of Oman and stressed that higher education is an essential pillar in building knowledge societies and achieving sustainable development, and that developing and enhancing of the quality of higher education is crucial for our future and the future of Omani generations, and the role of smart technologies plays in the development of societies.

The conference will feature a diverse group of international and regional speakers with expertise in the field of quality assurance in higher education. The conference will also include a distinguished group of experts and specialists in the field of education and technology from all over the world.
