Muscat: Capri Court, the Italian restaurant at Shangri-La Barr Al Jissah takes guests on a truffle month journey until the end of November. Proposing a fragrant black truffle set menu and A la Carte truffle-infused dishes, each course captures the earthy essence and bold flavours of this prized delicacy.
From the menu, guests can savour the 'Il Carpaccio' featuring beef carpaccio, parmigiano croquette, rocket, and a tantalizing black truffle dressing, the 'Uovo Al Tegamino' with a sunny side up Barka egg, 'Taglioni' with egg yolk in a butter sauce, and 'La Tagliata Di Manzo' with porcini mushrooms and polenta.
Diners are invited to round off their meal with the 'Il Dolce,' a hot chocolate lava cake with truffle. The experience is further elevated with the mixologist’s selections of truffle-infused beverages.
Prices start from 8 OMR net per dish and for those seeking a comprehensive truffle experience, the 5-course truffle menu is available at OMR 49 net per person. The truffle experience is available at dinner time only, from 7pm until 11pm.
