Mohammed Al Barami, a self taught nature and wildlife photographer goes around the Sultanate capturing the natural offerings including Salalah’s greenery, exotic species of birds found in Oman, and wild animals in their own secure habitats.

While people residing in Oman as well as tourists can learn a lot about the nation through his photographs, Al Barami too has learnt a lot through his passion. “The important thing I have learned from this hobby is the reward of patience,” he explained.

“Sometimes, I have taken more than three hours with little to no movement to capture a photo. It might seem very difficult, but this patience rewards you for your dedication and hard work.”

He is also an advocate of ‘no-littering’ and environmental cleanliness as his photographs rely heavily on the natural beauty that the planet has to offer.
