Over 1,000 take part in ‘Sohar Walk’

Sohar: The Oman Olympic Committee (OOC) organised on Saturday ‘Sohar Walk’ , which started from the Al-Jahili village in in the Wilayat of Sohar in the North Al-Batinah Governorate for a distance of 5 kilometres, reaching the finish line in Sahban village. Many people from various governorates of the Sultanate of Oman took part in the event.

Engineer Ibrahim bin Abdullah Al-Muqbali, Chairman of the Sports and Active Society Committee, pointed out that the number of participants in the ‘Sohar Walk’ exceeded 1,000 of various age groups.
