Oman now has over 34,000 registered small, medium-sized businesses

Muscat: Over 34,000 small and medium-sized enterprises were registered with Riyada as of the end of May.

Oman TV reported "more than 34,000 small and medium-sized enterprises were registered with the Public Authority for SME Development - Riyada as of the end of last month."

According to data provided by the National Centre for Statistics and Information, the governorates of Muscat and North Al Batinah saw the highest number of SMEs registered respectively.
