Reaffirming its commitment to enhance branches’ network spread across various willayats and to provide the best services and facilities to its customers, Bank Muscat, the leading financial services provider in the Sultanate of Oman, celebrated the relocation of the Sinaw branch, under the patronage of H.E. Khalid bin Al Sayed Al-Mahri, Wali of Sinaw. The new branch features a number of unique facilities including dedicated financing desks for Baituna and Najahi products, in addition to a desk for insurance services and a special center for Asalah Priority Banking customers. It is also designed to facilitate access of persons with disabilities to various banking services.
This comes as part of the bank's strategy to provide a comfortable environment for customers to complete their transactions with ease and enjoy a unique banking experience. The development and growth witnessed by Sharqiyah North Governorate in general and willayat Sinaw in particular obliges the bank to create more convenient, accessible, and comfortable environment to its customers.
Featured with its distinctive location and spacious area, the relocated branch is designed to meet the needs of different groups of the society and thus align with the financial inclusion concept. The new branch is staffed with experienced Omani cadres, who are willing to provide the best services for customers.

The new branch, besides the other 12 branches in North Al Sharqiya, is projected to provide a unique banking experience to customers. The total number of retail branches in the Sultanate stood at 146, equipped with the state-of-art technologies to better serve the customers from various segments. During this year, new branches of the bank were inaugurated including those in Madiant Al Sultan Qaboos, Al Hail, and Al Amerat in Muscat Governorate, as part of the bank's strategy to strengthen its branches’ network. These branches represent an important hub to communicate with customers and provide various banking services and facilities to all segments of society.
Moreover, the bank has more than 820 ATMs and CDMs distributed throughout the country. The bank is also constantly updating its digital channels to enhance the banking experience of customers. Therefore, there are today more than 1.6 million customers benefiting from a wide range of services offered through the bank’s digital channels, including bill payments, local and international money transfers, besides other products and services.
