More than 3,000 people granted UAE citizenship

Dubai: The UAE's Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship announced that 3,354 people would receive Emirati citizenship

In a statement posted on social media, the authority said: "Pursuant to the directives of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, and following up by His Highness Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, the Federal Authority for Identity and Nationality completed all procedures related to granting citizenship to 3354 citizens."
