Two dead in road accident while trying to flee from police in Salalah

Muscat: Two people who were trying to escape from the police have died in a road collision accident in the Wilayat of Salalah, said the Royal Oman Police (ROP).

Royal Oman Police said: “Two persons were driving their vehicle in the opposite direction of traffic, which led to them colliding with another vehicle. Procedures for collecting evidence and investigating the incident are underway in coordination with the Public Prosecution.”
