ROP to temporarily shut traffic police station in Muscat

Muscat: Royal Oman Police's (ROP) traffic department in Al Qurum will temporarily close after the Eid Al Fitr holidays due to construction work being carried out at the facility.
In a statement, the ROP said, "Due to construction work being carried out to develop the traffic building in Al Qurm, the Technical Inspection Station and the Drivers Test Section will be closed after the Eid Al Fitr holidays."
The statement continued, saying, "The station will remain available for renewals, vehicle transfers, new licenses, and the fourth phase of the drivers test. For all other services, please visit other stations within the governorate of Muscat."
