Injured child airlifted to hospital in South Al Batinah

Muscat: A police helicopter transported a child to a hospital in South Al Batinah. The child had suffered injuries after he slipped in one of the mountains due to heavy rains, said the Royal Oman Police (ROP).

Royal Oman Police said: “Police aviation carried out a medical operation and transported a child from one of the mountains in the Wadi Bani Awf area to Al-Rustaq Hospital to receive treatment after he slipped and suffered injuries and was unable to be transported to the hospital due to heavy rains and overflowing valleys.”
