Muscat: Seven citizens have been arrested on charges of stealing jewelry, daggers and valuable watches from several homes in the Wilayat of Al Amerat.
The Royal Oman Police (ROP) said: “Muscat Governorate Police Command arrested seven citizens on charges of stealing jewelry, daggers and valuable watches from several homes in the Wilayat of Al Amerat, and legal procedures are being completed against them.”
Recently, the South Al Sharqiyah Governorate Police Command, in cooperation with the General Department of Investigation and Criminal Research, arrested a citizen on charges of stealing gold jewelry from two homes in the Wilayat of Sur. It also arrested two suspects for helping to dispose the stolen items.
