Fire doused in Muscat Governorate

Muscat: The Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA), has doused a fire that broke out at a warehouse and workers' housing in the Wilayat of Muttrah, Muscat Governorate.

"Firefighting teams of the Civil Defence and Ambulance Department in the Governorate of Muscat were able to put out a fire that broke out in a warehouse and workers' housing in the Wadi Kabir area in the Wilayat of Muttrah, without any injuries recorded," the CDAA said in a statement.

The authority called on institutions and companies to adhere to safety requirements in order to avoid outbreak of fires.
