Isuzu customers in Salalah bond over the brand’s contribution to their operational success

SALALAH: Owners of Isuzu trucks in Salalah turned out in sizable numbers for a ‘Customer Meet’ that underscored the robust popularity of the globally renowned commercial vehicle brand in the city.

Organised by OTE Group, exclusive distributors of Isuzu trucks in the Sultanate of Oman, the event drew representatives from a wide cross section of companies operating in the transport, retail, consumer and distribution sectors. It was held at a prestigious city hotel against the backdrop of Salalah’s festive khareef holiday season.

While the attendees received OTE Group’s unstinting kudos for their staunch patronage of Isuzu trucks, special praise was reserved for a local contracting firm for its outstanding support to the brand.

Salalah-based Alpha Electric & Contracting Co. had recently purchased 19 Isuzu D-Max pickup trucks in a robust demonstration of its faith in the iconic brand. An excellent-grade contractor for OETC, the national power transmission operator, among other players in the electricity sector, Alpha Electric & Contracting’s operational performance is predicated on, among other factors, the availability of sturdy, dependable and efficient pickup trucks to haul personnel and hardware to remote sites across inhospitable terrain.

Speaking at the event, Eng Mousa Al Aqtesh, Chief Engineer – Alpha Electric & Contracting Co, said the company was extremely pleased with its decision to acquire an all D-Max fleet to bolster its transportation capabilities. With its stylish design, sturdy build and leading-edge safety features, it is the vehicle of choice for businesses seeking a combination of power and efficiency, he noted.

The attendees were also invited to participate in an ongoing raffle scheme, offering Isuzu customers the opportunity to win from an exciting array of prizes, including a Hyundai Accent and LG LED TV sets. OTE executives also shared insights on the latest offerings from Isuzu D-Max and the popular N-Series of trucks, representative models of which were on display at the venue.

From its trademark durability to powerful performance, the all-new Isuzu D-Max is more capable than ever before – the result of the brand’s unparalleled experience in creating the world’s finest commercial vehicles. Just as popular are Isuzu’s N Series trucks, which come in an unequalled number of variants, including crew cabs, tippers and 4x4s.

Isuzu trucks are marketed in Oman by OTE Group, well-known for its industry-leading sales and after-sales service support, which is underpinned by its nationwide service network. For more details on Isuzu, please call 800-50004.
