Salalah Airport donates OMR100,000 for Mekunu relief

Muscat: Salalah Airport has donated OMR100,000 to help the people in Dhofar affected by Cyclone Mekunu, authorities announced on Monday.
Oman Airports announced that this financial aid is in accordance with the commitment of Salalah Airport towards ensuring the safety of the people of Dhofar, after the passing of the Cyclone Mekono.
In a statement online, Oman Airports said: "Through Salalah Airport we are please to make a financial contribution of OMR100,000 as a part of our national duty and social responsibility."
The airport management will work on implementing this initiative with the competent authorities.
