Three expats injured and rescued in Dhofar

Muscat: Three expats were injured as cyclone Mekunu hit Oman, the Public Authority for Civil Defense and Ambulance (PACDA) announced.

In a statement online PACDA said, "The search and rescue team at Public Authority for Civil Aviation have rescued three Asian nationals who were injured due to the weather conditions.”

Authorities said that the expats were treated by the ambulance staff and are currently “in a stable condition.”
