Representing the bank’s digital transformation strategy, NBO’s Mobile App keeps up with the latest technologies and offers customers a seamless experience and solutions that meet their needs.

The award-winning mobile app boasts advanced features that simplify its customers’ experience. These include a convenient digital onboarding service, allowing individuals to open a new account seamlessly and collect their card from any NBO multi-functional kiosks. Customers can also open additional accounts, pay utility and credit card bills, apply for products and make transfers. Embracing modern technology, the app also offers a scan and pay feature for making quick payments at QR enabled terminals across Oman.
