18 arrested for trying to enter Oman illegally

Muscat : The Royal Oman Police (ROP), has arrested 18 foreigners on board two boats for attempting to enter the Sultanate of Oman illegally.

"The Coast Guard Police in North Al Batinah Governorate managed to seize two boats with 18 infiltrators of Asian nationalities on board while trying to enter the country illegally. The legal procedures are being completed against them," ROP said in a statement.
