HM the Sultan sends cable of congratulations to Chairman of Transitional Military Council of Chad

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik sent a cable of congratulations to His Excellency Mohamed Idriss Déby, Chairman of the Transitional Military Council of the Republic of Chad, on the occasion of his country's independence anniversary.

In the cable, His Majesty expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes to His Excellency and the friendly Chadian people.
