Two dead, several injured in vehicle collision in Oman

Muscat: Two people have died, and seven others have been seriously injured as a result of a collision between two vehicles in the Wilayat of Haima, Al Wusta Governorate.

The Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA), said in a statement: "The rescue teams of the Civil Defence and Ambulance Department in Al Wusta Governorate responded to a collision between two vehicles in the Wilayat of Haima. The accident resulted in the death of two people and the injury of seven others, including children."

CDAA added that emergency medical care was provided to them, and they were taken to the hospital in critical condition.
