The Villa, a lifestyle through the centuries, will be one of the main highlights of IDF Oman, which will be created by Opera architects and will welcome visitors at the entrance of CasaMédinit.
The Venetian Villas will display a unique vision, with an element that characterizes the region where architecture and landscape, art and craftsmanship combine to create a real "Museum" consisting of a collection of over 4000 buildings. This model, typical of the Venetian area, represents a heritage of the past, and even today constitutes an element of great relevance, appreciated worldwide as an icon of a lifestyle and elegance, while at the same time being dynamic and creative.
The concept of The Villacomes from the desire to exploit this invaluable cultural heritage made of traditions and secular experiences, through the involvement of local companies that reproduce, in a modern way, the skillful mastery of techniques and processes in use since ancient times.
The space will be an opportunity to bring together and introduce everything in Oman, a country which, despite boasting centuries of history, is fascinated by the Made in Italy brand and is able to understand and appreciate its quality and craftsmanship.
Paragon Arts will be another highlight of the exhibition. Paragon Arts is a non-profit, educational, social and entertainment CSR initiative created by Paragon International and sponsored by Al Mouj Muscat. The initiative aims at further promoting the local art movement, contributing towards exposing Oman-based artists and their art onto a wider arena and a global audience with a focus on art education and training by leading artists from throughout the world, most of whom reside in Oman.
All elements of the Paragon Arts program will be held in public spaces,in a bid to expose the greatest number of the public to art and artists in an environment that is both entertaining and social. All activities are covered by traditional media and Paragon’s own network of social media platforms.
