Rome: Dr. Saud Hamoud Al Habsi, Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources met here today with Abbas Al Hajj Hassan, Minister of Agriculture of the Lebanese Republic.
The meeting was held on the sidelines of the United Nations Food Systems Summit +2.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed means of enhancing bilateral cooperation in the agriculture and food fields, as well as enhancing the exchange of expertise.
The Sultanate of Oman, represented by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources is taking part in the United Nations Food Systems Summit +2, held in Rome, Italy.
The summit reviews progress made in adhering to food systems in a bid to identity success, crises and priorities.
