Development Committee of North Al Batinah Governorate holds second meeting

Muscat: The Development Committee of North Al Batinah Governorate held its second meeting today for the year 2023. During its meeting, it reviewed the most important needs and requirements of the governorate.

The committee reviewed several topics, including a project to extend and expand water and sewage networks in some areas and villages of the Wilayat of Saham, providing water networks in mountainous areas in the governorate’s wilayats, and discussing a proposal to develop work for driving education companies.

 The committee also discussed a proposal to maintain and develop the archaeological house of 'Bin Majid' and the adjacent falaj in the Falaj Al-Qabail area in the Wilayat of Sohar. The committee's work plan in following up development projects at the governorate level was also discussed.
