Muscat: Infocomm Group, a leading ICT and ELV solution provider in the region, recently participated in the Comex 2018 Expo, where it showcased numerous products and services. The company also used Comex to highlight its recent partnership with Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise (ALE) to deliver unique and innovative guest experiences throughout the Oman and UAE hospitality sectors.
Infocomm Group is an ISO certified company headquartered in KOM and has an R&D office in Singapore, and a presence in more than 12 countries. The company showcased each of its three primary divisions at its Comex 2018 stall – Marketing Solutions, to help clients leverage mobile technology to take their marketing and communications to a new level; Parking Management Solutions, aimed at delivering convenient solutions for drivers; and ICT Solutions, for innovative and next generation High Speed Internet Access (HSIA) solutions and services to clients.

Our recent partnership and association with Alcatel Lucent Enterprise (ALE), for its complete range of Telephony solutions, has been well showcased during Comex with strong emphasis on their Rainbow Cloud-based solutions,” Dr. R Ramesh, General Manager of Infocomm, said.
“Correspondingly, our decade-old GOLD partnership with HPE-ARUBA has also been successfully demonstrated for both corporate- and citizen-based services through HPE-ARUBA’s secure network and Wi-Fi connectivity, as a part of our Digital ICT strategy,” he added.
“The event was a great success for us. It provided us with an opportunity to showcase some of our latest services. Among these was our new range of digital solutions for the hospitality sector, courtesy of Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, with whom we had very recently signed a partnership,” Nitin Awasthi, the Division Head of ICT Solutions at Infocomm, said.
The two companies will roll out ALE's entire portfolio in Oman, as well as UAE and set the industry standard for digital solutions across the hospitality sector. Under the agreement, Infocomm will focus on the retail and sales, with ALE getting involved in implementing the solutions and leverage FVC to serve as the value-added distributor in this partnership.
