19 people injured in bus accident

Muscat: 19 people were injured in a bus accident on Al Amerat Hill, the Royal Oman Police (ROP) announced.

First responders from ROP and the Public Authority for Civil Defence and Ambulance (PACDA) were on site to deal with the incident.

In a statement, ROP said that the accident resulted in, "Eight people with serious injuries, one with moderate injuries and another 10 individuals with minor injuries."

"The injured have been transported to the hospital for treatment," PACDA said.
