Leadership programme for outstanding students starts

London: Tasks of the 4th edition of Duqm Refinery's Leadership Program for Outstanding Students began in the United Kingdom (UK) on Monday.

The program is conducted by Takatuf Oman in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Duqm Refinery and Petrochemical Industries Company.

The program targets 20 outstanding male and female students in the tenth grade from various educational directors, and it lasts for 6 weeks.

The programme will help students to learn about other cultures and encourage their English language and leadership skills.

The students undergo an advanced English language course at one of the world's most prestigious institutions, which is the Oxford International Study Centre. They also participate in many sports, tourism and entertainment activities.
