Sweet Rice Balls
Ingredients:
4 cups Rice flour
2 cups Sugar
1 cup Ghee
1/2 cup Yoghurt
Black sesame seeds for garnishing (optional)
Method:
Make sugar syrup of one-string consistency. Add the rice flour, stirring continuously.
Add a little ghee and remove from heat. Keep the mixture aside to cool.
In the meantime, add the yoghurt and knead into a dough.
Divide the dough equally into small portions and shape into balls.
Heat the ghee in a wok ,deep-fry the balls until golden.
Serve sprinkled with black sesame seeds if needed.
