Muscat: The number of Omani pilgrims to perform Hajj in 2023 has reached 14,000 pilgrims, and all procedures have been completed for them.
Speaking to Times of Oman’s sisterly radio channel Al Shabiba, Sultan bin Saeed Al Hinai - Head of the Omani Hajj Mission, said about the preparations of the Omani Hajj Mission for the year 1444 AH, that on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, the Omani Hajj Mission will leave for the Holy Land, stressing that the mission is fully prepared.
Al-Hinai indicated that the number of service employees in the Hajj campaigns is 700 employees to serve 14 thousand pilgrims. Vaccination doses have been completed for them to avoid any diseases.
The head of the Omani Hajj Mission added that the cost of Hajj decreased this year by 7% compared to last year.
