Power demand in Duqm surges 27%

The Special Economic Zone at Duqm (SEZD) posted a 27 percent rise in the volume of demand for electricity services in 2022.

By then, the number of subscribers stood at 6,953. Between 2020 and 2022 electricity service connections registered a growth of nearly 100 percent.
