Wadis form a unique environmental system characterised by variety, diversity, and a wealth of natural attractions. Within this fertile environment, people have lived in the wadis of Oman for thousands of years.
Located in Al Dhahirah region in Ibri, Wadi Dhum is considered one of the most beautiful wadis of Oman where tourists can enjoy nature and natural beauty the most. Due to its rough terrain and surrounding rocks it is not so popular among tourists.
While you drive along the Dhum village, you will come across beehive tombs. Once you reach there you will see some unique rock formations, some having holes in them. If you are planning a trip to Wadi Dhum remember to go in a four wheel vehicle owing to its rugged terrains.
