Muscat: Starting from May 2, the National Centre for Statistics and Information is continuing with its implementation of the second round of the opinion poll of government services beneficiaries for the year 2023.
The survey comes with the aim of identifying the opinions of customers with the services provided the by government agencies, and assessing the level of satisfaction with aspects related to submitting or completing a service request, in addition to identifying the opinion of beneficiaries of electronic services and assessing the level of satisfaction with them, in order to improve the quality of services provided.
The survey targets a random sample of customers with government agencies in the Sultanate of Oman, during the last quarter of 2022 and the first quarter of 2023, according to a set of basic criteria for evaluating government services.
