Oman's Education Ministry issues circular regarding school graduation ceremonies

Muscat: The Ministry of Education issued a circular to school administrations. The circular said not to hold academic graduation ceremonies.

In addition, the Ministry stated in the circular that it excludes from the ban celebrations honouring outstanding students in study and school activities. Emphasis was given on not allowing the collection of any sums of money from students or their parents to conduct these parties.
