Muscat: Al Mouj Golf has launched two summer membership packages giving golfers the chance to play at the multi award-winning course over the summer months without having to commit to a full year's membership.
Located in the heart of Oman's premier lifestyle and leisure destination Al Mouj Muscat, the prestigious course is ranked Number 2 in the Middle East by Today's Golfer magazine and last year it won Best Golf Course Globally in the World Luxury Travel Awards, as voted for by the public.
A one-month membership or five months of membership are the two by popular demand new deals being offered by Al Mouj so that golfers of all standards have the flexibility to play for a shorter period of time and fit golf around their summer plans.
The one-month package is for any four consecutive weeks between 1st June and 30th September and costs OMR 109 inc VAT, and the five-month membership package runs from 1st May until the end of September for a fee of OMR 436 inc VAT. Both options include full member benefits such as a 20 per cent discount at the club's international restaurant, 10 per cent at its Pro Shop and the opportunity to practice day and night at the floodlit driving range.

Designed by Greg Norman, the 72-par course makes the most of its magnificent oceanfront location with stunning sea views and where players are cooled by sea breezes. Al Mouj was the country's first PGA golf course and now as a World 100 course, has hosted numerous professional competitions including the Oman Open and the International Series Asian Tour, a high-profile pan-Asian tournament supported by LIV Golf.
The lush links-style course also has a reputation as a world leader in sustainability and, as a habitat for over 173 different bird species, won the International Environmental Golf Club Award at the 2023 Golf Environment Awards, a UK-based program that recognizes excellence in environmentally sustainable practices within the sport.
