Muscat: Rescue teams of the Civil Defense and Ambulance Authority, (CDAA), succeeded in rescuing a number of people after they were detained in valleys in different regions of the Sultanate of Oman.
A statement issued online by CDAA said that the rescue teams of the Civil Defense and Ambulance Department in North Al Sharqiyah Governorate managed to rescue three people after their vehicle was impounded in a valley in the Wilayat of Ibra, and they are in good health.
The rescue teams of the Civil Defense and Ambulance Department in Muscat Governorate were also able to rescue a person who was detained in a valley stream in Irqi area in the Wilayat of Qurayyat. It was reported that the detained person is in good health.
