Muscat: Al Madina Real Estate will on Sunday, April 30 mark the launch of sale of residential units of the Hayy Al Sahel tourism project in the Wilayat of Quriyat, Governorate of Muscat. The ceremony will be held under the auspices of Salim bin Mohammed Al Mahrouqi, Minister of Heritage and Tourism.
Hayy Al Sahel Tourism project is built on an area of 1.3 million square metres on the seashore and includes three, four and five-star hotels, luxury residential units, a golf academy, an equestrian academy, a boulevard, a chain of international restaurants and cafes, as well as parks, green spaces, sports clubs and greenhouses that are environmentally friendly.
The project is considered one of the important projects and the first full-service tourism project in the Wilayat of Quriyat that implements a freehold system with permanent residence for foreigners.
The project contributes to the realisation of Oman Vision 2040, which aims to achieve the optimal employment of the tourism potential that the Sultanate abounds in at the natural, heritage, cultural and other levels.
