Muscat: The Omani Embassy in the Republic of Sudan confirms the safety of all citizens and continues the process of evacuating them in coordination with the competent authorities.
The Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman in the brotherly Republic of Sudan affirmed the safety and health of all Omani citizens present there.
The embassy said that due to the unstable security situation in the capital Khartoum and other cities, the embassy continues with interest to follow up the plan to evacuate citizens to the Sultanate of Oman in coordination with the Foreign Ministry in Muscat and the Sudanese authorities.
The embassy called on Omani citizens to avoid traveling to Sudan, until the situation returns to calm and stability, God willing, and called on citizens in Sudanese territory to stay in their homes for the time being.
