The Zubair Corporation’s Human Capital Center of Excellence hosts a Workshop on "Collective Work"

Muscat: The Human Capital Center of Excellence at the Zubair Corporation organized a workshop for TZC employees on the effect of collective work. All employees from TZC main office participated in the workshop, which was managed by Sharifa Khalid Al Balushi, Head of the Human Capital Center of Excellence. She shed light on various key concepts of the work environment, such as leadership skills, teamwork building, personnel administration, organizational structure of division of work, and self-development. The workshop included recognizing business challenges mechanisms and how to deal with them to improve the work environment.

Commenting on organizing such workshops, Sharifa said, "Working as one team and the correspondence between different departments attains the corporation's objectives and enhances employee productivity and work streamlined. Therefore, such workshops help employees from different departments understand work mechanisms and how to support their colleagues to achieve mutual objectives."

She also added, "We are pleased with the employees' interaction who participated in this workshop. We trust that this workshop has achieved its objectives, including raising people's awareness of the importance of working together to increase the results through enhancing collaboration between different services and departments."

50 employees from TZC departments and administrations participated in this workshop that was organized on 21 March at Bait Al Zubair Museum. In conclusion, this workshop comes in the line of the Human Capital Center of Excellence's efforts to develop the corporation's human capital performance through a series of workshops and various training events.
