Houses raided in Oman for violating Labour Law

The Ministry of Labour raided a number of houses in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate in order to stop violators of the Labour Law. The Ministry said: “The Office of the Joint Inspection Team at the General Directorate of Labour in Al-Dakhiliyah Governorate, in cooperation with Al-Dakhiliyah Municipality‬, carried out a raid on some homes in the state of Nizwa. A number of expatriate workers were seized in violation of the Labour Law. Legal measures are being taken against them.”
