Shura Council hosts Minister of Transport, Communications and Information Technology

Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman’s Shura Council hosted His Excellency the Engineer, Minister of Transport, Communications and Information Technology on Thursday, April 6, 2023.

Strategic study on Oman Air situation is under way to improve the company performance, HE the Minister of Transport, Communications and Information Technology said in front of the Shura Council.

The Council hosted HE the Minister to discuss his ministry's statement in its 12th regular session of the 9th period on three axes:

1) The ministry's policies, plans and programmes in the field of transport and infrastructure during the tenth five-year plan.

2) It’s activation in proportion to the ⁧‫.Oman 2040 vision axes

3) The Ministry's development budget for the year 2023, and the strategic and programmatic directives of the communications and information technology sector.
