Oman ministry organises workshop on peaceful nuclear science, technology

Muscat: The Ministry of Education, represented by the Department of Innovation and Scientific Olympiad, has organised the third national workshop, "Teaching Peaceful Nuclear Science and Technology for School Students" in cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (⁦‪IAEA) in the Sultanate of Oman‬⁩.

The ministry said in a statement: “The workshop targets 25 male and female teachers from different governorates, with the aim of enriching knowledge on peaceful nuclear science and technology topics, and enhancing their abilities to transfer it to students through effective and attractive educational and learning processes, to support the sustainability of peaceful applications of nuclear technology.”
