Tehran: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a written message to President Ebrahim Raisi of the Islamic Republic of Iran, dealing with bilateral relations binding the two countries and their peoples.
The message was handed over by Ibrahim Ahmed Al Mu’aini, the Sultanate of Oman’s Ambassador to the Islamic Republic of Iran, when Dr. Hossein Amir-abdollahian, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran received him at the premises of Iranian Foreign Ministry in Tehran.
During the meeting, the ambassador conveyed His Majesty the Sultan’s sincere greetings and best wishes of good health and happiness to President Raisi, as well as His Majesty’s wishes of continuous progress and prosperity to the friendly people of Iran.
In his turn, the Iranian minister asked the ambassador to convey the Iranian President’s greetings, appreciation, and best wishes of further welfare and prosperity to His Majesty the Sultan and the Omani people.
The meeting covered the bilateral relations between the two countries and ways of consolidating them. The two sides also exchanged consultations on issues of common concern.
