To grate soft cheese, freeze them first

  1. If you don’t have special moulds for cupcakes, use parchment paper instead. This makes it look more interesting.
  2. When you roast a whole chicken lay it on its breast as the breast contains most of the meat and is close to the heat which makes cooking faster.
  3. To grate soft cheese is very difficult and messy. The best way is to freeze the cheese for half an hour before grating. The cheese hardens, and doesn’t stick to the grater. It’s easier to sprinkle it too.
  4. If two drinking glasses become stuck together after stacking just put ice in the inner glass and dunk the outer glass in warm water. The warm glass will expand and the cold glass will contract, making the glasses separate easily.
  5. If your aluminium pans are looking dull, just boil some apple peels in them. This will brighten up the aluminium and you can get a fresh smell in your kitchen. [email protected]
