Sayyid Theyazin to patronise conference on environmental sustainability

Muscat: His Highness Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham bin Tarik Al Said, Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth, will patronise on January 16 the inauguration of the first edition of the 'Oman Conference on Environmental Sustainability”. It includes many activities that focus on air pollution and climate change.

The conference includes the launch of the "Green Branch Award" for contributors and supporters of environmental action, including institutions and individuals, to encourage their outstanding contributions in various environmental fields.

The conference will include an environmental exhibition which will present the latest technologies, solutions and technologies in various environmental fields, and the organisation of specialised workshops focusing on green hydrogen energy and methane management.
