Food Safety and Quality Center warns against consumption and circulation of biscuit products

Muscat: The Food Safety and Quality Center reported a violation by some biscuit products, due to the use of materials in the product that are not classified as food grade.

The center statement read: "In order to ensure the health and safety of the consumer, the center is currently working to ensure that the local markets are free of harmful products, in coordination with the concerned authorities, and the center recommends that all consumers and sellers avoid consuming or trading these products."
