Recipe of the week: Healthy Homemade Strawberry Chia Jam

Ingredients
200g strawberry
1tbsp chia seeds
4tbsp jaggery powder
A few drops of lemon
Preparation
Soak strawberries in water for 15 minutes, clean the same and chop.
Take the chopped strawberries in a pan. Turn on the heat, keep the flame low and cook. Once the strawberries soften, keep mashing with the help of the back of the ladle or spoon.
Once mashed, add the chia seeds.
Stir well to combine and cook for another 5 mins.
Add jaggery powder and cook till the mixture thickens for about 5 minutes .
Turn off the flame. Add a few drops of lemon juice. Let it cool down. Transfer to a glass jar.
Enjoy with breads or in your smoothie bowl.
