Traffic stopped on this road in Oman

Muscat: Traffic on the Nizwa-Bahla towards Bahla has been stopped and police have called on motorists to be careful, the Royal Oman Police (ROP) has announced.

The cause of the traffic jam, officials revealed, was an overturned truck.

ROP said in a statement online: "Currently, for users of the Nizwa-Bahla road, an accident involving a truck on the road after the bridge of the Sultan Qaboos Academy of Police Sciences towards Wilayat Bahla. This has caused closure of traffic and until the incident is handled, please pay attention."
