State Council Chairman to preside over function honouring winners of Sultan Qaboos Award for Culture

Muscat: Delegated by His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, Sheikh Abdulmalik Abdullah Al Khalili, Chairman of the State Council, will preside over the handing over ceremony of Sultan Qaboos Award for Culture, Arts and Literature (9th edition, 2022) scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 21 December 2022.

Winners of this edition, which is for Omanis only, will receive a medal of commendation, in addition to a cash prize, in fields of culture, science, arts and literature.
