Musa bin Masoud Al Jadidi, CEO of the Housing Bank, explained that the study also includes the development of technical systems to enhance its banking services in line with the requirements of modern banking operations, and the required accuracy, ease and speed of procedures, which contributes to achieving more achievements in various areas of the bank's operations, and supports its vision An integrated housing pioneer.

He said in a statement to the Oman News Agency: The Oman Housing Bank, since its inception more than 45 years ago, has had clear imprints in the record of achievement through its effective contribution to the economic and urban development of the country. It seeks to continue its role in supporting development and urbanization in the Sultanate of Oman, and looks forward to a promising future. Inspired by the lofty vision of the wise leadership that works to promote the renaissance path of Oman in all fields, where everyone works within the framework of an integrated system, and according to a well-thought-out systematic planning that responds to the needs of society and meets the aspirations of its members, and keeps pace with the vision of "Oman 2040" as the national reference for economic and social planning for the Sultanate of Oman .

The CEO of Oman Housing Bank added: The bank decided to allocate all its available resources for lending to be limited to subsidized loans, in order to meet the high demand for subsidized lending following the approval of the new structure for the fee for banking and administrative services.

He explained that the Oman Housing Bank was able, until the end of October of the current year 2022, to provide 2572 subsidized loans with a value of more than OMR 110.8 million , and it is scheduled that the total value of loans by the end of this year will reach OMR 120 million , as it is the highest value of loans offered by the bank during one year since its inception.

Al-Jadeedi said: The total number of loans provided by the bank to citizens since its establishment until the end of October of this year amounted to 51,466 loans, with a total value of about OMR 1.4 billion, through its branches spread in various governorates and states of the Sultanate of Oman.
