ROP seizes over 1,000 packets of chewing tobacco in Oman

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has seized more than 1,000 packages of chewing tobacco from four smugglers in Dhofar Governorate.

ROP said in a statement: "The Coast Guard Police in Dhofar Governorate arrested four people of Arab nationality on a boat at sea with 1,010 packages of tobacco. The legal procedures are being completed against them."
