Ingredients
4 tbsp of sugar
Water ,as needed
2 cups coconut water
Juice of 1 lemon
¼ cup mango pulp
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
Preparation
In a bowl, mix the mint leaves with the sugar, add water to dilute the sugar and let this mix rest for 15 minutes.
Add the coconut water, lemon juice, and mango.
Mix well and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Serve chilled .
