HM The Sultan Issues Royal Decree

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik today issued Royal Decree No. 66/2022 on the issuance of First-Class License to Oman Technology Infrastructure Company for the construction and operation of inactive infrastructure for telecom towers.

Article (1) states that a First-Class License shall be issued in favour of Oman Technology Infrastructure Company for the construction and operation of inactive infrastructure for telecom towers.

Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced on its date of issue.
